Properties of CLIN treated parts

During CLIN treatment an extremely wear resistant nitride layer is formed -  the outer compound layer and the diffusion layer thereunder. Due to its composition the compound layer is very hard and shows more ceramic characters. The diffusion layer supports the compound layer.

CLIN treated parts are well known for their:
